How do i get a pin to sign my rent credit m1pr form?

I am trying to send it electronically.... and how do I send the crp form electronically if it doesn't have the landlords signature on it?





I have the paper form of it with the landlords signature.

Usually when I need to send something with a signature on it, I just scan it in wherever I can find a scanner and e-mail it as a picture file.
